Khushi Shah, who recently impressed fans with her performance in the recent Viral Rao film ‘Affraa Taffri’, has been entertaining her followers during the quarantine time by sharing pictures and videos of her engaged in different activities at home. Khushi who has been at her in-laws place in Udaipur with her husband, had an exclusive chat with ETimes about her workout routine during the lockdown.
Sharing the benefits of working out, Khushi said, “Regular exercise has many benefits, not only for your physical health but also for your mental health. In your brain, exercise stimulates chemicals that improve your mood and the parts of the brain responsible for memory and learning also benefit from it.”
She further added, “During the current lockdown and social distancing, exercising daily or on alternate days will help you feel better, even if you’re feeling okay or stressed. Just like eating food, watching movies and talking to friends and family, even working out is important.”
The Surat girl also said, “I urge everyone to find some time during this pandemic situation to boost mental health by doing some home exercises. This will not only help your mood but also reduce your stress during these difficult times. Please don’t go out of your house, maintain social distancing protocols and stay safe.”
