Director Viral Shah’s special message for Vipul Mehta, says if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have been in the television and film world
On account of director Vipul Mehta’s birthday, Golkeri director Viral Shah dedicates a special message for his mentor and friend.
Having worked with Vipul Mehta for more than 8 years as an assistant to him, Viral owes his filmmaking skills to the director by thanking him for all the help and guidance sought from him over the years.
Expressing his gratitude, Viral Shah says, “Vipul bhai as I call him – had it not for him I wouldn’t have been in television and film world. I not only owe my writing skills to him but skills of pitching stories, interacting with producers and tv channels. He has been always there to guide me or help me with his resources whenever I have been stuck professionally! It’s amazing to have a friend in your guru. Once you have worked with him, he makes you a part of his family. Assisting him for almost 8-9 years has been a great learning journey for me. I admire his energy, his working style, his hunger to tell entertaining stories and his zest to give commercial successes one after the other. I wish him a very happy birthday and all the happiness in the world!”
Recently, Viral Shah made an announcement on Malhar’s birthday. The director is gearing up for his third film with Malhar Thakar titled Aaj Na Samachar.
Viral has began writing for the film already and will only start shooting once the lockdown is lifted completely.
